All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to defect, you must provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

Claims submitted after 3 business days will not be accepted. Normal wear and tear, incorrect sizing, or damage caused after delivery are not considered defects.
